Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN RHODEL O SERMONIA said that authorities were able to seize twenty (20) pieces small bricks of hashish amounting to more or less Php 5.6M during a buy bust operation last monday morning.
PBGEN SERMONIA said that joint operatives of the Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit 3, Regional Intelligence Division- Special Concern Unit 3 and PDEA RO3 under the supervision of PCOL PEDRO D SOLIBA, DRDO PRO3 conducted buy-bust operation along OG Road, Brgy. Dolores, City of San Fernando, Pampanga which resulted to the arrest ROLAND DELA RAMA,resident of Brgy. Buscalan, Tinglayan, Kalinga.
Seized from DELA RAMA were Twenty (20) pieces small bricks of resinous substance suspected to be marijuana hashish , weighing more or less 2000 grams with street value of more or less Php 5.6M placed inside a milk powder box; One (1) piece Nokia keypad cellphone; One (1) piece brown coin purse; and two (2) pieces Php 1,000.00 peso bill marked money and three (3) bundles of Php 1,000 boodle money.
Appropriate charges for violation of Section 5 Art II RA 9165 is now being readied for filing in court against the suspect.
"We continue working double time to stop the proliferation of illegal drugs in the region, as we are relentless in our anti-drug operations, " PBGEN SERMONIA added.
