Angeles City Mayor-Elect Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. on June 4, 2019 attended the turnover of appliances and equipment donated by the Korean Rotary Club to the Sapang Bato National High School. After the turnover ceremony, Lazatin enjoyed a quick merienda of local ice cream, which he shared with the village children.
