On behalf of Angeles City Mayor Carmelo 'Pogi' Lazatin Jr., Rudy Simeon, Angeles City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ACADAC) Officer-in-Charge Richard Saul, Pampang Public Market Administrator Jessie Lugtu, Angeles City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (ACDRRMO) and City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) personnel receive the donated relief goods and financial assistance from the Korean Community Association of Central Luzon Inc. (KCACLI) officials, led by President Lee Chang Ho, to the quake victims of Mindanao.
