CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA- The suspect in the murder of a Taiwanese National in Marilao, Bulacan on Tuesday (October 29) voluntarily submitted himself to authorities this morning, October 31.
Initial investigation revealed that the lifeless body of the victim identified as HSUAN HSUEH @ Peter Lee, 68 years old, Taiwanese National was discovered by his friend HSIEH Chung-Tse, married, Taiwanese National inside IGC Industrial Compound Warehouse located at #09 Brgy. Loma de Gato, Marilao, Bulacan where the victim also resides.
Police authorities conducted a review of the CCTV footage and based on the accounts of the witnesses, suspect identified as Ralph John Aron MARCOS @ Arjay entered the warehouse at around 1:00 AM, October 29, 2019 and stabbed the victim to death.
The knife used by the suspect was recovered by SOCO Team of Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office in the crime scene while his pants with blood stains was later recovered in MARCOS’ residence at #98 Venturanza Compound, Brgy Loma de Gato, Marilao, Bulacan.
Consequently, while Marilao police was conducting further investigation, MARCOS together with his parents voluntarily surrendered himself to Mayor Ricky Sylvestre of Marilao, Bulacan.
A case for Murder is already filed against the suspect docketed under III-04-INQ-19J-04608 before the Prosecutor’s Office in Malolos, Bulacan
“Time and again, we encourage the public to report any information or knowledge regarding crimes committed. We are appealing to everyone to help us and be our eyes and ears in the community against lawlessness By working together, we will be able to accomplish more,” PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN LEONARDO M CESNEROS said.
