Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Five (5) most wanted persons including the top 1 Most Wanted of Cabiao, Nueva Ecija were arrested during separate manhunt operations conducted by police authorities in Central Luzon over the weekend.
Joint operatives of Cabiao MPS, Nueva Ecija PPO and Taytay MPS, Rizal PPO armed with warrant of arrest proceeded at Blk. 13, Masinop St., Lupang Arenda, Brgy. Sta. Ana, Taytay, Rizal and arrested Roberto B. DELA CRUZ, resident of Brgy. San Fernando Norte, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija and ranked no. 1 Most Wanted of Cabiao MPS. Said warrant was issued by Regional Trial Court-Branch 87, Gapan City, Nueva Ecija for Statutory Rape.
Similarly, Zambales police were able to arrest two (2) persons sought by law, namely: Moises MARY y Lagoy, ranked no. 5 most wanted of Zambales (provincial level), for Robbery and Carnapping; and, Kharlo CADAG y Ancho, ranked no. 7 most wanted of San Antonio MPS, for Violation of Sections 11 and 14 of RA 9165.
Also, joint operatives of Olongapo City Police Station 5, City Intelligence Branch, City Mobile Force Company and Atimonan MPS, Rizal PPO arrested Dario M. SALOMERI, ranked no. 6 most wanted of Police Regional Office 4A, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by RTC-Branch 62, Gumaca, Quezon for Murder and Frustrated Murder.
Martin FERNANDEZ y Mendoza, ranked no. 8 most wanted of Hermosa MPS, was arrested by Bataan police operatives by virtue of warrant of arrest for Acts of Lasciviousness.
“May this continuous arrest of wanted persons send a message to all outlaws that Central Luzon is not a refuge for criminals as we will continue to hunt them down and eventually put them in prison,” PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL said.
