TWO SUSPECTS ARRESTED FOR VIOLATION OF RA 9165

CAMP TOMAS J.PEPITO,STO.DOMINGO,ANGELES CITY -Two individuals identified as John Rodel Rodriguez,35 years old,construction worker,and Alfred Burlaos,22 years old, both residents of Bancal,Hensonville,Barangay Malabanias,were arrested for violation of section 11,art 11 of RA 9165 by the elements of Police Station 4, ACPO around 2:00 AM of February 3,2020 at sitio Cuayan, Barangay Malabanias, Angeles City.

Based on the report, elements of Police station 4 were conducting foot patrol when a concerned citizen reported a fist fight incident along Sitio Cuayan,Barangay Malabanias. Lawmen immediately responded and were able to pacify the involved parties.

Suspects were subjected to bodily search incidental to a lawful arrest which resulted to the discovery and confiscation from physical possession and control of suspect Rodriguez, was one (1) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride,and another heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu from suspect Burlaos.

Mandatory witnesses were requested for onsite inventory and marking of evidence,in compliance to Sec. 21 of RA 9165. Suspect together with the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Police Station 4, ACPO, for proper disposition.

Case of Violation of Section 11, Article II of RA 9165, will be filed against the suspects at the Angeles City Prosecutor’s Office.
